成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院(四川省中醫(yī)醫(yī)院)創(chuàng)建于1957年，是中國最早成立的四所中醫(yī)藥高等院校附屬醫(yī)院之一。是國家中醫(yī)臨床研究(糖尿病)基地、國家中藥臨床試驗(yàn)研究（GCP）中心、國家中醫(yī)藥傳承創(chuàng)新基地、國家中醫(yī)藥高層次人才培養(yǎng)基地和國家中醫(yī)藥國際合作基地。是我國中西部地區(qū)中醫(yī)藥特色突出、臨床學(xué)科門類齊全、自主創(chuàng)新能力較強(qiáng)、區(qū)域影響力明顯、綜合實(shí)力雄厚的中醫(yī)醫(yī)療中心、科教中心和治未病中心。
作為成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)最大的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)院，承擔(dān)本科生、中醫(yī)學(xué)（5+3一體化）、中醫(yī)學(xué)（九年制）、研究生、留學(xué)生和住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)等教學(xué)工作。擁有3個(gè)國家級重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，13個(gè)國家中醫(yī)藥管理局重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，1個(gè)國家級實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心（中醫(yī)學(xué)），2個(gè)國家級特色專業(yè)（中醫(yī)學(xué)、中西醫(yī)臨床），2個(gè)一級博士授位點(diǎn)（中醫(yī)學(xué)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合），3個(gè)博士后流動(dòng)站（中醫(yī)內(nèi)科學(xué)、中醫(yī)急診學(xué)、中醫(yī)眼科學(xué)），7個(gè)博士授位點(diǎn)，20個(gè)碩士授位點(diǎn)，培養(yǎng)了全國第一個(gè)中醫(yī)婦科學(xué)博士和中醫(yī)五官科學(xué)博士。其中中醫(yī)學(xué)、中西醫(yī)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)入選國家級一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)。2017年通過了教育部組織的本科教學(xué)審核評估，同年中醫(yī)學(xué)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合一級學(xué)科在國家第四輪學(xué)科評估中取得優(yōu)異成績，為中醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)入國家“雙一流”打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。在校博士研究生126名，碩士研究生1255名，本科生和長學(xué)制學(xué)生人數(shù)3659名。同時(shí)醫(yī)院還設(shè)有一所省屬全日制中等中醫(yī)類職業(yè)學(xué)校——針灸學(xué)校，在校學(xué)生10000余人。
醫(yī)院占地面積7萬平方米，建筑面積20萬平方米。作為集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、養(yǎng)生、保健、康復(fù)“六位一體”的三級甲等中醫(yī)院，綜合服務(wù)能力不斷提升，編制病床3000張，臨床科室43個(gè)，醫(yī)技科室11個(gè)，中醫(yī)特色病區(qū)38個(gè)；?？崎T診40個(gè)，專病門診64個(gè)，有420名專家在門診為病員服務(wù)。中醫(yī)特色鮮明和中醫(yī)優(yōu)勢突出，開展中醫(yī)診療技術(shù)項(xiàng)目82項(xiàng)。現(xiàn)有醫(yī)院制劑15種劑型，107個(gè)品種，其中中藥特色制劑97個(gè)。醫(yī)院充分發(fā)揮“一人一方”臨方加工在中藥治療中的特色，開展傳統(tǒng)飲片膏方古法熬制。建立智慧藥房，在線預(yù)約掛號、繳費(fèi)、查詢檢查結(jié)果、中藥代煎及配送。2020年3月，我院互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)院正式開診，是推進(jìn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+醫(yī)療便民惠民服務(wù)的一次全新嘗試，通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+，使患者就醫(yī)更加方便。
醫(yī)院?？苾?yōu)勢特色突出。有5個(gè)國家區(qū)域（中醫(yī)）?？疲痹\、婦科、內(nèi)分泌、眼科、肛腸科）診療中心，6個(gè)國家臨床重點(diǎn)專科（中醫(yī)專業(yè)），13個(gè)國家中醫(yī)藥管理局重點(diǎn)專科。是全國中醫(yī)眼病醫(yī)療中心、全國中醫(yī)急癥醫(yī)療中心、國家中醫(yī)藥管理局中醫(yī)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合急診臨床基地和感染病臨床基地、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會心衰中心。作為國家重大疑難疾病中西醫(yī)臨床協(xié)作試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目——糖尿病及并發(fā)癥治療的牽頭單位，與四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院共同開展糖尿病及并發(fā)癥的中西醫(yī)補(bǔ)充、協(xié)同治療研究。引進(jìn)具有國際先進(jìn)技術(shù)的海扶JC200型聚焦超聲腫瘤治療系統(tǒng)，成立了四川省唯一的“海扶聯(lián)合中醫(yī)藥治療中心”；并建成具有中醫(yī)特色的血透中心。
醫(yī)院大力實(shí)施科教興院戰(zhàn)略，現(xiàn)有國家藥物臨床試驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)專業(yè)21個(gè), 三級科研實(shí)驗(yàn)室1個(gè)，二級實(shí)驗(yàn)室3個(gè)，財(cái)政部中央與地方共建實(shí)驗(yàn)室2個(gè)，省級重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室1個(gè)，省級科普基地1個(gè)。近5年來，醫(yī)院承擔(dān)各級各類課題 1690項(xiàng)，其中國家自然科學(xué)基金課題 65 項(xiàng)，部省級課題 122 項(xiàng)，廳局級課題 239 項(xiàng)；獲省部級及以上科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)9項(xiàng)；發(fā)表中文核心期刊及以上刊物學(xué)術(shù)論文910篇，其中SCI收錄123篇。出版學(xué)術(shù)著作 21 部；申報(bào)專利 66 項(xiàng)。創(chuàng)建我國第一個(gè)省級中醫(yī)藥循證平臺“四川省中醫(yī)藥醫(yī)學(xué)循證中心”，獲批“中醫(yī)內(nèi)分泌代謝疾病”和“中醫(yī)心腦血管疾病”兩個(gè)省級臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心，有力推動(dòng)了醫(yī)院向研究型醫(yī)院轉(zhuǎn)變。
醫(yī)院人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)成效顯著。醫(yī)院在崗職工2318人，其中高級職稱387人，國醫(yī)大師3人，全國名中醫(yī)2人，全國中醫(yī)藥類高等學(xué)校教學(xué)名師1人，醫(yī)院享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家46人，國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會中醫(yī)中藥學(xué)科評議組成員1人，國家新藥評審專家16人，國家有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年科學(xué)技術(shù)管理專家2人，“慶祝中華人民共和國成立70周年”紀(jì)念章獲得者6人。同時(shí)以建立名老中醫(yī)工作室為載體，全面實(shí)施中醫(yī)藥的繼承、發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新工作，造就了一支技術(shù)力量雄厚、實(shí)力強(qiáng)大的醫(yī)教研人才隊(duì)伍。
醫(yī)院以重點(diǎn)專科群為依托，向醫(yī)聯(lián)體成員、對口援助單位輻射延伸。與58家醫(yī)院建立協(xié)作醫(yī)院關(guān)系，輻射四川、重慶、山西、廣西、陜西等省。牽頭組建內(nèi)分泌科、重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科、眼科、婦科等多個(gè)西部?？漆t(yī)療聯(lián)盟，康復(fù)科、老年科在四川省內(nèi)牽頭19家?？坡?lián)盟。堅(jiān)持以患者為中心的服務(wù)理念，優(yōu)化醫(yī)聯(lián)體單位轉(zhuǎn)診平臺，實(shí)現(xiàn)48小時(shí)之內(nèi)預(yù)約我院門診專家號、24小時(shí)之內(nèi)接收基層單位上轉(zhuǎn)住院部患者的目標(biāo)。將現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院管理的理念植入醫(yī)聯(lián)體協(xié)作單位中，實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)聯(lián)體單位間、醫(yī)共體單位文化、管理、技術(shù)、服務(wù)的同質(zhì)化。通過我院全科師資力量，不定期開展面向社區(qū)基層的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。
隨著中醫(yī)藥“一帶一路”國際化傳播與推廣的不斷深入，醫(yī)院對外交流與合作取得了進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。先后為30多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)培養(yǎng)了5000多名中醫(yī)藥、針灸、推拿專業(yè)人才。常年在醫(yī)院短期學(xué)習(xí)的境外學(xué)生保持在300人左右，接待了來自美國、德國、葡萄牙等30多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的來訪者5000余人次。不斷推進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥國際醫(yī)療合作，獲批成立國家中醫(yī)藥管理局中醫(yī)藥國際合作基地（四川）。近年分別在黑山共和國首都波德哥里察、德國巴伐利亞洲里德林市、在白俄羅斯戈梅利州成立分院。2017年中國－黑山中醫(yī)藥中心掛牌運(yùn)營，成為歐洲第二所中醫(yī)藥中心。

Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan)
Brief Introduction
Established in 1957，Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan) was one of the four earliest-established affiliated hospitals of TCM universities in China. It is National TCM Clinical Research (Diabetes) Base, National Clinical Trial and Research Center for Chinese Materia Medica (GCP), National TCM Inheritance and Innovation Base, National Senior TCM Practioner Training Base and International Cooperation and Exchange Base of TCM. Characterized by TCM, our hospital is a medical, science, education and disease-prevention center with complete clinical disciplines, innovation, significant regional impact and strong overall strength in central and western China.
As the clinical medical school of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, our hospital takes the teaching and training work of undergraduate students, postgraduate students (TCM), international students and residents. We have 3 national key disciplines, 13 key disciplines authorized by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 1 national experimental teaching demonstration center (TCM), 2 national characteristic specialties (TCM, integrative clinical medicine), 3 post-doctoral research stations (TCM internal medicine, TCM emergency medicine, TCM ophthalmology). We are authorized to award doctor’s degree on 2 disciplines (TCM, integrative medicine), master’s degree on 20 disciplines and conferred doctoral students the first doctor’s degree on TCM gynecology and TCM ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology in China. TCM and integrative clinical medicine was approved first class undergraduate discipline nationwide. In 2017, we passed the undergraduate teaching evaluation by the Ministry of Education. In the same year, the 2 t first class disciplines (TCM, and integrative medicine) stand out in the fourth-round national discipline evaluation, which laid solid foundation for TCM to enter the "Double First-Class" national program. At present, there are 126 doctoral students, 1255 postgraduates, and 3659 undergraduates on campus. The hospital also has a TCM vocational school, Acupuncture and Moxibustion School with more than 10000 students on campus.
Our hospital covers an area of 70,000 square meters with total building area over 160,000 square meters. As a Level A Grade three TCM hospital, (the highest level in Chinese hospital classification), it incorporates medical service, teaching, scientific research, health preservation, health care and rehabilitation. Its comprehensive service capacity has been continuously improved. We have 3000 beds, 43 clinical departments, 11 medical technique departments and 38 TCM characteristic inpatient sections. 420 TCM practioners provide outpatient service on 40 medical specialties and 64 diseases. We carry out 82 TCM diagnosis and treatment techniques. We now have 15 different forms of hospital made preparation with 107 varieties, among which 97 are of TCM characteristics. Our hospital adopts “one person one prescription” principle and develops the ancient method of making decoction and paste. We set up online pharmacy to achieve online appointment, registration, payment, examination inquiry, medicine decoction and distribution. In March 2020, our new attempt to promote Internet plus medical service model, Internet Hospital officially opened, which provides patients easier access to medical service.
Our hospital has outstanding advantages on specialties. We have 5 national, regional medical centers (intensive care medicine, gynecology, endocrinology, ophthalmology and anorectal medicine,), 6 key clinical specialties (TCM) approved by National Health Commission (former Ministry of Health) and 13 key specialties approved by National Administration of Traditional Chines Medicine. It is National TCM Ophthalmopathy Medical Center, National TCM Emergency Medical Center, the Emergency Clinical Base of Integrative Medicine and Infectious Diseases of the State Administration of Traditional Chines Medicine, and the Heart Failure Center of the Chinese Medical Association. As the leading hospital of the national pilot project of integrative medicine on the treatment of major diseases—diabetes and its complications, our hospital has carried out research on treating diabetes and its complications with the combination of TCM and western medicine together with West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Moreover, Haifu JC200 focused ultrasound oncology treatment system was introduced and the only "Haifu plus TCM Treatment Center" in Sichuan Province was established. We have also built a hemodialysis center with Chinese medicine characteristics.
The hospital implements the strategy of seeking development through science and education. There are 21 specialties in national drug clinical trial institutions, a BSL-3 laboratory, 3 BSL-2 laboratories, 2 laboratories jointly built by the Ministry of Finance and local government, a provincial key laboratory and 1 provincial popular science base. Over the past five years, we have undertaken 1690 scientific research projects, among which are 65 projects of National Natural Science Foundation, 122 provincial projects, 239 bureau level projects. We have been presented 9 science and technology progress awards of or above provincial level. 910 papers have been published in Chinese core periodicals, with 123 papers included in SCI. 21 academic work have been published and 66 patents applied. Sichuan TCM evidence-based medical center, the first provincial TCM evidence-based platform in China was built. Our hospital was also approved as provincial clinical medicine research centers of TCM endocrine and metabolic diseases and TCM cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which greatly promoted our transformation into a research-oriented hospital.
We have made remarkable achievements in building a high-level faculty team. We now have a staff of 2318, including 387 with senior titles, 3 TCM masters, 2 national famous TCM practioners, 1 national famous TCM university teacher, 46 experts enjoying the special government allowances of the State Council, 1 member in the discipline evaluation group on TCM and Chinese materia medica of Academic Degree Committee of the State Council, 16 national new drug sichuansreviewers, 2 national science and technology management experts(young and middle-aged group) with outstanding contributions, six medal winners (the 70th anniversary of the people's Republic of China celebration medal). At the same time, through the establishment of studios of famous TCM experts, we are committed to the inheritance, development and innovation of TCM, and the building of a medical, teaching and research faculty with high level techniques and strength.
Depending on key specialties, our hospital extends its impact to members of regional medical consortium and hospitals receiving our medical guidance. We collaborate with 58 hospitals in Sichuan, Chongqing, Shanxi, Guangxi, Shaanxi and other provinces. We take the lead in building western China medical alliance on endocrinology, intensive care medicine, ophthalmology, gynecology, etc. Rehabilitation department and geriatrics department lead the building of 19 medical alliances within Sichuan province. We stick to patient-centered service and optimize the referral platform of regional medical consortium to achieve medical appointment within 48 hours and receiving patients transferred from lower level hospitals within 24 hours. Modern hospital management is implanted into hospitals within our regional medical consortium, so as to realize the homogenization of culture, management, techniques and service within our regional medical consortium members. General practitioners carry out training programs in health community centers.
With the further development of the internationalization and popularization of TCM under the "one belt and one road" initiative, we have made great progress in international exchange and cooperation. We have trained more than 5000 professionals on TCM, acupuncture and tuina for over 30 countries and regions. The number of per year oversea students for short period study maintains around 300. More than 5000 visitors from over 30 countries and regions such as the United States, Germany, Portugal, etc have been received. We have been continuously promoting international cooperation in TCM thus approved as the International Cooperation Base by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In recent years, several branch hospitals have been founded in Podgorica, the capital of the Republic of Montenegro, Redlin, Bavaria, Germany, and Gomel, Belarus. In 2017, China-Montenegro TCM Center, the second TCM center in Europe officially opened.
Our hospital has won a series of honors such as the national TCM demonstration hospital, the advanced hospital on medical ethics in health sectors nationwide, the national advanced hospital in medical and health system, and the national advanced hospital on TCM emergency. One TCM practioner was awarded the "Knight Independence Day Medal" by Djiboutian Prime Minister Kamil for his contribution in fighting COVID-19 in Djibouti. Our hospital was named "Advanced Hospital on Targeted Poverty Alleviation 2019" by Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. For its designated assistance work in 2019, our hospital passed the assessment (classified as good) by the general office of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the general office of the provincial government. Under the guidance of “staying true to our original aspiration and founding mission”, our hospital will endeavors to ensure public welfare and build a modern comprehensive top TCM hospital with international fame.
